PAYMENTS

All payments are due upon ordering.  Please note that PayPal is the preferred method of payment.  This way your financial information stays secure.  PayPal accepts those individuals with PayPal accounts, or those paying with credit cards.  If you are uncomfortable with this form of payment we do take fax orders at 231-258-6652, or you may call our office at 231-258-6661 for payment arrangements.

RETURN POLICY

Please be aware that even the finest glass and crystal products may have minor bubbles, wrinkles and other slight variations.  These are NOT considered defects.  Each item is carefully inspected before being shipped to you.  We package our products with the utmost care. 

We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee for our products.  If, for whatever reason, you are not completely satisfied with your product, please contact us within 7 days of purchase for return instructions.  Items will either be exchanged or a refund (minus shipping and insurance) will be issued.  We can be reached at 231-258-6661, 231-258-6652 (fax) or orders@justetchinit.com.  Items must be returned in “new” condition with original boxing.  Please note that personalized products are non-refundable.  Please be sure to verify the accuracy and spelling of names and dates.  If there is an error noted, Just Etchin’ It will provide a replacement product if the error is deemed to be our fault.

Just Etchin' It does not take broken items back, all insured orders that or broken (or lost) in shipment must be processed through the shipping company (USPS or UPS).  Be sure to save your boxes and packing material.  Just Etchin' It is not responsible for damage to the item during shipping.

Rush orders will be charged an additional $30.00. 

SHIPPING, HANDLING & INSURANCE

Just Etchin’ It can ship your gift package anywhere in the world.  Shipping is normally done through the United States Postal Service and United Parcel Service.  If you would like a different form of shipment please contact us directly.  Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs, as well as any taxes associated with customs and/or country fees. 

Insurance is recommended on all items.  Although we strive hard to package our items to prevent breakage, breakage may still occur.  For those items that are covered by insurance, please file any claims that may occur through the United States Post Office or the United Parcel Service.

ART WORK

Just Etchin’ It has an extensive selection of artwork available.  Before sending your particular sample, please contact us to see if we have it in stock. 

Should you need to e-mail your artwork to us, please ensure that the file is less than 10.0 MB.  A fax copy will not work.  If in doubt, or your artwork won’t go through on e-mail, you can always mail your artwork to us.  Please do not fold, staple or mutilate your artwork as this will affect the outcome of your product.

Artwork MUST be high definition art and done completely in black and white.  Any other color WILL NOT work for etching.  Please note that .jpeg, .jpg, .bmp and .doc files do not normally work.  If you would like us to reformat your file/design there is a $95.00 charge for this service.
